Darland View branding

Moat is an innovative social business, expert in delivering homes and developing communities to meet local needs across the South East.
 
Progression Design worked with Moat to develop an identity for one of their new social housing projects based in Kent. We initially researched the area and housing plans to come up with the name, before developing the branding that reflected the site’s beautiful surroundings and the feeling of freedom that comes with buying your first home (which many of the potential home owners were). Being close to the sea, a seagull was the perfect choice to represent the freedom and the site’s location.
 
Following the market launch, Darland View was sold 100% off plan.
